COACH KRYSTA JENKINS

Krysta Jenkins hails from Agoura Hills, California, where she honed her skills playing for esteemed clubs such as Apex FC and Real Socal in southern California. Her dedication and talent led her to the University of Hawaii Hilo, where she continued her journey as a Goalkeeper.  

Krysta decided to transfer back to SF State where she started playing for the Women's Premier Soccer League (WPSL) from 2008 to 2013, where she had the privilege of being guided by the legendary coach, Jerry Zenelli. During her time in the WPSL, she played with distinguished players like World Cup champion Brandi Chastine and Leslie Osbrone, along with other noteworthy players.

Notably, Krysta Jenkins currently possesses a USSF license C and is actively pursuing her USSF Professional B license through US Soccer Federation. Additionally, she holds several licenses from Scotland, including UEFA C Phase 1&2, and is diligently working towards obtaining her Sporting Talent Identification Licenses Level 3 from the Scottish FA. 

COACH TRAE RABAGO

Trae grew up in Clovis, CA, where he spent the first 15 years of his life before relocating to the Bay Area in 2015. Trae fosters the idea that sports and, especially soccer, have a collective spirit that brings communities together while delivering personal growth and opportunities to young players. 

"Sports have played a pivotal role in shaping my character and my values. As such, I have dedicated the last decade to coaching various teams. This rewarding experience of mentoring and guiding aspiring young athletes has fueled my passion for coaching."

In the fall of 2024, Rabago will be taking over the SF.FC Micro Soccer Program as the new developmental lead coach.  He will also be coaching B15 Les Bleus.

COACH JOEY GALVEZ

As a San Francisco native, Coach Joey has deep roots in the local soccer community as product of the local soccer scene.  Coach Joey has played in several youth clubs such as the Mission and has showcased his talents his senior year with the SF Academy. His passion for the sport led him to compete at a professional level in the Semi-Pro Futsal League here in the United States, where he further enhanced his understanding and proficiency in coaching methodologies.

Currently, Coach Joey is diligently working towards obtaining a National D License through US Soccer, a testament to his commitment to continuous learning and development in the field of coaching. His dedication to improving his coaching abilities underscores his desire to provide players with the best possible guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
